Shobna discusses her own battle with COVID, as well as her relationship with her mum Asha, and what she faced before the passing of her mother in 2019 at the age of 79. She's been a dancer, a choreographer, presenter, an author, a mother and in the final years

write this book whilst grieving for her mother who passed away sadly in 2019 but also whilst in the grips of COVID back in

March getting our mother's story onto the page furiously because she

feared that she may not survive her brush with COVID-19.
