Welcome back to shit show Saturday, so Saturday, folks, how are we doing my shit shows? So as many of you know, fellow

shit show member and somatic breathwork practitioner, Teresa and I facilitated the first round of

breath to heal inside the shit show. This was a six-week somatic breathwork course. And so today,

you are going to get to hear directly from the folks who went through it. What the hell they

experienced. What surprised them, what cracked open for them, how it shifted their relationship

with their inner parts, and how it impacted their

healing journey. And as you'll soon hear, this was not your average healing course. Okay. This was

deep. This was raw. This was powerful. And it was so transformative that Teresa and I have decided

to run it again,

only this time it is even more focused. We are calling this, breathe to heal, a somatic journey

to reclaim your inner child. This is a sick, sweet course that is combining breath work,

somatic practices, and parts work, all designed to get to the

root of your trauma by going through the body, not around it. Because here is the truth. If you're

trying to reparent yourself without including your body, it's just not going to land.
