| 1:25.7 | for me, it was it was learned out of necessity. I was forced to learn it because I was forced to make a choice. |
| 1:32.4 | When you are in like just a desperate situation, like I was in car accident, traumatic brain injury, I'm a wife. I'm a mom of a three-year-old daughter at the time um |
| 1:47.7 | i didn't really get like a leisurely choice to make right it was not like oh think about it and get back |
| 2:00.0 | to yourself on whether or not you're going to let some |
| 2:03.4 | things go. It was like either you let some things go or you will never recover from this. |
| 2:09.2 | Point blank, period. And hearing that from my clinicians, hearing that from my doctors, |
| 2:16.7 | neurologist, neuropsychologists, |
| 2:18.9 | orthopedic, like they're running the gamut of all of the people. It forced me to make a choice. |
| 2:26.3 | Do I want to recover and have a future with my family and possibly, you know, experience life in a bigger, more fulfilling, |
| 2:37.9 | more intentional way because up until that point, I think I had just been existing like most of us. |
| 2:44.8 | We just, we just getting through the day. |
