When people give so much attention to that negativity bias, then that

negativity grows.

So you call it whatever you want, but it's just that you're, you know, some, a lot of people call it the law of attraction, right?

Which I believe in a lot of the universe, spiritual stuff, but the science behind it, because I come from a bunch of doctors, is that our

brains make more neurons that are hardwired together in the things that you think about

most. So you're actually building

physical pathways in your brain so that that negative thought if you think it a few

times, it's more likely that that I can't do this new business. I'm not going to make it as a podcaster or whatever it is
