eating keto in 2014. It's now 2024. It's been 10 years. The way that I see this diet has shifted immensely.

And myself personally, having used a ketogenic diet to get my period back and

regulate my hormones it's just so cool to see how incredibly powerful this diet can be

it's something that I stand behind I will probably always stand behind this diet and over time and Temple our guest today and I share a lot about this in today's episode.
