Summary

"Darkness must always be combated positively." ~ Paramhansa Yogananda, author of "Autobiography of a Yogi"   Do you remember what led you to meditation? Were you simply curious or were you seeking peace? It's good to revisit the basics of meditation to remind yourself of the richness of its classic techniques that have endured throughout millennia. You may be brand new to meditation, or you may be a dedicated meditator. This week you'll be guided as we launch into a series taking you back to the basics of classic meditation. You'll explore classic meditation techniques that provide the peace, energy, and clarity that meditation awakens within you.

This is day 4 of a 7-day meditation series, Refresh Your Meditation Ritual, episodes 2397-2403.
