I'm your host, Damien Abraham, and today on the show, someone who was massively influential on me getting into making my own

art and stuff as a young person, someone who's massively influential as an artist at the

end of the last century, but probably one of the most influential American artists in the

first half of this century, first part of the century, because we're not quite at half yet.

Shepard Ferry is on the show today.

You may know him from Andre the Giant has a posse or obey or the Obama Hope poster.

And someone that I've always wanted to have a longer conversation with.

I talked with him years ago, as you'll find

out at the beginning of this episode. And now we finally get to continue this conversation. And it is a

fantastic one. Shouted to Tristan Abraham, my brother and the long-suffering show producer of this show

for making this happen. I know it took a while for

him to put together. So thank you, Tristan, for all your hard work you do. And yeah, I'm very excited

for you to hear it, as I say, because Shepard is someone who I've been following since, God, like

96, I guess, before that, like 94? God, decades.
