Now, they are a very obscure band, I think, to a lot of people.

I've surprised actually telling people about this episode,

how many people I ran into that weren't familiar with the state.

But in particular, the first EP, No Illusions, which is, of course, produced by the late, great Ron Ashton.

There are deep stooges and destroy all monster connections with the state, as you'll

But my God, this record is one of the greatest American hardcore seven inches, in my opinion.

Like the guitar sound on this thing is devastating.

And I think this band the whole way through is a very underrated band.

They put out an LP at the later part of the 80s, which is not quite the equal to the 7-inch, but they put out a bunch of records since then, which are awesome.

that is also worth tracking down for all the demos and other stuff but this band goes deeper than
