She is the author of Sit Down to Rise Up and founder of the global grassroots organization, Pandemic of Love. A trauma-mindfulness teacher and a Garrison Institute Fellow, she teaches self-care and resilience to organizations around the world. 1:19.5	began a movement called Pandemic of Love. It started in March of 2022 and 2020 and very quickly spread across the globe.
