It means a lot to us, especially as we love the people that we get to feature.

So it's always so nice when I get emails from them telling me how many of you have gone

and engaged with what they're doing and they're always so grateful. So for those of you who

are actively supporting us in that way, thank you so much. And also some of you have

asked how you can submit a question

for these episodes. Well, there are two ways we receive questions for these episodes. Number one,

if you leave us a review over on Apple Podcasts and you put your question in the review, that's

a really easy way for us to go and find questions. And then also

we take some questions from my portal members community. The portal is the monthly community

where I and members of my team offer different support tools every single month, including

a 90-minute live broadcast that I do every single month and various

other things. So that's how we receive the questions for today. And we try to pull a cross-section.

So, for example, if there are eight different questions that relate to the theme of depression,

we will try and find the one that is the most

universal. So thank you to all of you who submitted, and even if we don't get to your question,
