Are you a creative person? According to Sheena Iyengar, the answer is YES - everyone is. Sheena’s work is devoted to showing that creativity is not magic. It’s a process, and it can benefit from a solid framework. But Sheena doesn’t turn to brainstorming or design thinking for this. She believes those processes need revising. 1:27.0	Remember she was left-handed and I was right-handed and I thought maybe that's the secret?
1:33.0	Like my point is this, these beliefs get cemented early and they don't serve us.
1:38.0	What's more, Shina says they're beside the point.
1:42.0	Everyone is creative. Anyone can innovate.
1:46.0	Anyone can come up with new solutions to hard problems.
