Summary

This week, Scheana welcomes Kiki Monique and Ryan Bailey back to the studio. From Lunar New Year superstitions (no sweeping, no black outfits, and Kristen Doute on strict “don’t break anything” watch) to baby prep and psychic readings from the other side, nothing is off limits. Ryan reveals his baby girl’s name and jokes that karma may have caught up with him after once spilling Summer Moon’s name before Scheana was ready. They also compare birth plans versus delivery-room reality (because sometimes sh*t goes out the window… or on the table).

Then it’s a deep dive into Netflix’s Reality Check: Inside America’s Next Top Model. Kiki admits she used to be one of Tyra’s biggest defenders — until this documentary reframed everything. The trio unpacks reality TV’s pressure machine, accountability, and body commentary culture, as Scheana reflects on her own experiences on Reality TV, and explains why stepping away from it can be the only way to grow.

Plus, they discuss Dorinda stepping up after Jill’s E! exit, and Scheana reveals which friendships she shed in the Year of the Snake — and why, in the Year of the Fire Horse, she’s not going back. Tune in for the tea!

I have taken chat GPT's advice. And I'm wearing my power color, which is emerald green. I've got my gold accents and my red shoes.

0:59.7

So anyways, it's been a minute since I've been in the studio with my two guests today. We've got Kiki Monique and Ryan Bailey.

1:06.9

Hello. How we doing? Good. How do you find, how does chat know that your power color is Emerald?

1:12.6

So based off my birth chart. Okay. And my time of birth, I did a deep dive last night.

1:17.8

Okay. It's very interesting. I'm like, okay, what should I do? What shouldn't I do? What should I wear? What shouldn't I wear? I should not be in all black for the first like three to

1:29.7

15 days of the Lunar New Year because that blocks out like the energy.

1:33.7

Three to 15 days.

1:35.3

Yeah, the first two weeks, not all black.

1:38.9

You can have black accents or if you wear all black have like a red shoe or a pop of

color or something like that red lipstick. Oh my God. Like not all black. I was late today because it took me so long to find an outfit not black in my closet. Everything I own is all black. And so now I'm in like a weird tan jacket and a red t-shirt. Just for the first two weeks, figure it out. And I took a shower last night and now my hair is like bone dry and I didn't know if I could put hair in it. So I like I look like we haven't had water in a month. Yeah. I mean, there are all the things, you know, that you're not supposed to do today, things you're supposed to do, supposed to eat. I am adhering to all of it. Yes. I am just feeling a little

extra pep in my step today. The year of the snake is behind us. We've shed all the bad energy and

bringing on the firehorse energy. Yeah. No, I did so much shedding. Like, I think, I don't know if I

had subconsciously knew that Lunar New Year was coming up, but this weekend, I just like, I was like, I'm going to spend Valentine's weekend just loving myself. And I called like the junk removal people. I had all this junk taken out of my house. Then I had the TaskRabbit guy come over. He hung all this stuff. I'm getting my bedroom all like pink and girly. Ooh, I love that. I like just like, and I was like, I feel at peace. Yeah. Good. Wow. Junk removal. That's amazing. I think it's really exciting when we have these things that give you kind of hope for something better or something new. And so I was saying, I was talking to Crystal Minkoff yesterday, who was walking me through all of these traditions

and stuff. But it is so funny, we were talking earlier that I have not really, I didn't know a lot

3:13.1

about the Lunar New Year before this year. Yeah. A few years ago, I went over to my friend Jenny Ting's
