You're on the virtue.

All right, I have heard of parents trying to limit their kids screen time.

Makes a lot of sense.

I'm doing this very thing now with my 14 year old, which is another story for another

time, but cutting his screen time down to two hours a day.

That has been an interesting challenge, okay?

But I have never heard of a mom or a wife telling the husband, we got to talk to about

your screen time because I don't want you on that phone in the house.

It's a very tricky situation because she definitely doesn't want my friend doesn't want

to act like her husband's mom.

But at the same time, she's noticing a pattern.

She thinks this is a problem.

So they've got three kids and she has found that he is taking every opportunity to jump

on his phone and sort of escape from the world.

So for instance, she'll ask him to do the dishwasher.

He'll do the dishwasher.

Then he'll immediately sit down and break out his phone.

Like as a reward for doing the dishwasher kind of thing, but it's gotten to the point

where he's parking the kids in front of the TV or their tablets or he's on his phone

at dinner.

And it's really bothering her because she's having to consistently ask him, like, hey,

can you take out the diapers?
