interview. She's used this every single time and for her, it's worked every time she's used it.

You guys don't even understand every job I've ever interviewed for where I've said this.

Do your interview, be normal, whatever. Before you're done, the last question you're

going to ask them is something along the lines of are there any concerns that you have about me

that we can address like before we end? They will have concerns and then that's your time to address

them and then once you're done addressing them, they'll have no concerns. And you will literally

get the interview saying you got the job. It's very smart. It is. It seems pretty practical.

Even an answer. There is a hard rule that when you're interviewing for a job and the person

asks you, do you have any questions? You should always have a question to show interest in the

position. If you say, no, I'm good. I don't have any questions. Then you come off the

Louvre. So you always have a question to ask. And if that's the question and then you leave them

satisfied, like, well, maybe they are the right fit. It's a genius move. It's kind of ballsy too.
