Nirvana's 1993 album in Euro, which was of course the follow-up to the culture-shaking major label debut.

I'll have even more on that anniversary coming up soon, but today I have two really

fascinating interviews.

First of all, a quick conversation with Anton Corbin, the photographer and director who worked for years

with U2 and Depeche Mode, among others.

It also made Nirvana's final unforgettable music video, Hard-shaped Box.

And then I'm very happy to be bringing you the first ever real interview with Kara Shaley.

At age 23, Kara played and came up with.

But first, here's my conversation with Anton Corvin. So it's been 30 years since in utero and you of course directed the heart-shaped box video.

I believe the treatment was already in place.

You were given a finished treatment for the video and there was later some dispute

about that with the other director Kurt had worked with earlier, but did anything change

about the treatment once you got it?

Kurt sent me his treatment with drawings and everything by facts in those days and I use alter bits and

pieces the big lady who represents Mother Earth that was my idea and I think the I think

the road through the corn and the the birds on the cross and all yeah these kind of things were mine and the butterflies fake butterflies I wanted to have it slightly lighter the video so I used not real butterflies not real birds but fake ones
