So every now and then, these extreme diets come out, and when people get on them, you're like, what?

Wasn't there like the all-cabbage diet for a while?

Oh, I remember that one had to have stunk and made people have to rip the worst farts.

Hurt! So bad. There was like a lemon juice one for a while there.

I can't specifically remember most of them, but...

There's a Mediterranean diet.

There was the Atkins diet.

There's like...

Well, some of those are healthy and are okay.

It's these extreme ones.

Well, but it's like there's always seems to be a fad diet at some point

where everybody's jumping on that whatever that diet bandwagon is.

Because right now, whenever you go on, at least in my algorithm,

and obviously because I'm a woman of a certain age and my 40s protein is now,

like what everybody is talking about.

And it's like everything is made from cottage cheese.

Right.

I'm like double chocolate chip cookies made from cottage cheese cannot taste good.

I'm sorry, not sorry.

Like it's just, it's humanly impossible.

Then, of course, you have the people that are fasting all the time now.
