Hi, so basically I have been working somewhere for a very long time and I've never had

the courage until now to ask for a raise and sort of advocate for myself and get what

I want and move forward at my job. So basically I'm calling in to ask you guys what are the

do's and don'ts of asking for a raise at a job that you've been at for a while.
