results. We all could have told you the results before they even came in. It was the world's

largest four day work week pilot program and it is just wrapped up after six months.

There are 61 companies that participated about 3,000 employees and the companies could

choose how they would structure it, like given an extra day off per week or reducing their

working days in a year to average out to like 32 hours a week. So it wasn't even like

40 hours crammed in the four days. Okay. The only requirement was that they could not cut

salaries or benefits. The workers would get 100% of their pay and in exchange they deliver

100% of their usual work. And it ended in a resounding success. Of course, for both the

employees and the employers. What made it so successful? I will tell you, Kristen,

or what constitutes the success? And it wasn't just about less working hours for the same

money. 15% of the employees are participated, said no amount of money to convince them

to go back to working five days a week. Workers reported a whole bunch of different health

benefits, better sleep, stress levels, personal lives, mental health. They spent more time

with their kids and families, household duties and friends. The company said that their

revenue stayed broadly the same during this six month trial. But then went up 35% on average

when compared with a similar period from previous years. Shut up. You know, the company's

like, yeah, yeah, yeah, you got better mental health. We were not 35% right. They dealt with

less turnovers. They had fewer sick days and their overall happiness of their employees

was straight up off the charts. I'm just bitballing, but the birch show real funny four days
