I want to share this observation I made to Abby a couple of days ago.

And I'm wondering if it's been effective for her and if others can learn about it also.

So, look, when you do Morning Radio, you don't got dress up you come in here

t-shirts short flip-flops head that's one of the the beauties of this job right it's a park it's a definitely a

perk and we all dress pretty comfortably very very casually and I have

noticed over the course of the last couple of weeks that Abby's kind of stepped up the

dress game here. Me and my Taylor Swift-cardigan, Glen Powell t-shirt and bike

shorts is really a this is met-gal material here. But I think you like on most days now you're like wearing are they called dresses?

Yeah like tennis dresses tennis dresses

and stuff like that which has been a departure from what we all normally wear is like the

totally casual oversized stuff and I asked her the other day why.

Yeah and I've talked on here that I've kind of gone through what I consider to be a depressive

episode and you asked me about it yesterday and you're like why you step it up a little bit and I think I have always

operated in the look good feel good do good mindset that's always been true for me

and I kind of got to a point where I kind of

hadn't realized how much of like I don't really know if I can even call it

depression I didn't even realize like how much I'd sunk into like this funk

like my apartment's a mess and my car's a mess and you know I'm kind of

going through some weird health stuff so some of my clothes don't fit so I

hate getting dressed in the morning so of course I'm going to put on the

most comfortable things and I kind of got to a point where I was like I feel like if I start
