have truly inspiring careers.

Today, I am so excited to have an incredibly talented guest in the studio with me.

Actor, author, producer and entrepreneur, Shay Mitchell.

Like many of you, I have been following Shay since she starred on Pretty Little Liars

as Emily Fields, which ran for seven seasons of which I believe I've seen probably every

episode, some of them twice.

She's also a key player on the show You, which I recently discovered on Netflix and have

been binging over the past few weeks.

Shay is also the author of the YA novel Bliss and has her own YouTube lifestyle channel,

but that's not all.

In addition to all of her on-camera work, as you might have guessed, Shay also has a second

life that she debuted last year, as the entrepreneur behind Base, an affordable travel brand for

the modern day explorer.

She's created a handful of styles that work for a variety of situations, whether you're

going to the gym or getting ready for a weekend away, and everything comes in either black

or beige.

It's a great concept and part of a larger, very interesting story.
