Summary
Should we be prohibited from asking questions?
If we lose the ability and right to speak, ask questions, to think for ourselves, to have sovereignty over our bodies and lives... we are on a precarious path indeed.
With more of us obese, overweight and diseased than ever before, it's the very governments and corporations silencing us and ordering us around that got us here in the first place.
As we're being told what to believe, many of us are being censored, shadowbanned, or even de-platformed - apparently just for thinking for ourselves.
How many times do governments, politicians and mega corporations have to exploit us before we get a clue?
If you look at history, you can see where this goes, and it's not pretty. So we have a spicy episode for you here today.
Returning to the show is our dear friend, Shawn Stevenson, speaker, host of the #1 ranked podcast The Model Health Show, and bestselling author of “Sleep Smarter” and the brand spanking new book “Eat Smarter”.
Shawn graduated from The University of Missouri–St. Louis with a background in biology and kinesiology, and founded the Advanced Integrative Health Alliance which provides wellness services to individuals and organizations worldwide.
You're going to like this one. Shawn definitely takes the gloves off a little bit. It’s a great conversation. I hope you dig it.
We're chatting about...
- Why it's worth it to have higher standards for what you're eating
