You trying to be a street cop? All right, as many you may know that I tend to work about seven days a week here at

Tree Cop training at Sunday, it's quiet in the office. I come in and I'm doing a lot of

polishing up. We're actually changing the presentation that I do today the one day all the different

courses that I do and getting ready for like a Benito boot camp for our new instructors trying

to get everybody and their PowerPoint squared away and a lot of stuff going on here so it is a seven day a week job that I have to do.

I didn't take off a little time yesterday because I spent time with the family and kids.

But what's cool is I didn't think I was going to go live today and somebody reached out to me and asked a question that I thought would be beneficial for everybody in the group.

And that question was he needs a little help with Proactivity.

He agreed to going live and being a phone call. So I'm going to give him a shout right now.

Told him not to say his name or his agency. And if anybody knows who this guy is,

there's no sense in picking on the fellow.

Let's see put him on speaker phone.

He's literally trying to learn how to do this job better.
