posted a picture regarding Miranda and I know we had some people comments and

things on it and when they think they should read when they shouldn't.

But I'm advocating to folks who literally never read Miranda. I know a lot of you do read

Miranda as a normal course of conduct on your normal course of police duties, but there was a lot of folks who in their career as police officers and I can tell you where I worked nobody ever did it just wasn't done.

Guys didn't, were never trained on it, they weren't they really not a good understanding of it and I'm going to pose this food for thought I think without a video like this before but I wanted to reiterate because we have so many new group members on here. This applies for everybody across the country. One, get to know your case law and regarding Miranda when you have to use it.

Most of the times it's custody plus interrogation, New Jersey, is when you're arrestable, right?

Even though there are certain circumstances where cops don't even

know the people that they're with are de facto, we're technically under arrest. Questioning following

that will require Miranda.

Now, let me be very clear about that,

questioning designed to elicit incriminating statements.

So if you're going to start posing questions about the case that you're investigating

to try to lock it up, okay? You're going to have to
