that we put up on Tuesdays. And we always start Tuesday episodes off with a quote. And I actually

have two for you today. The first one I saw Self Magazine post on Instagram. And it said,

yesterday, my therapist said, when you're having negative thought patterns, try to think of them like

Instagram ads. You can either read the caption, click on the page, go to the website and look at the

products, or you can just acknowledge them and keep scrolling. So I thought that that was a good

little analogy for you to get out of your negative thinking.

Acknowledge them and keep moving.

The next quote is from singer-songwriter Jerry Jeff Walker, who passed away the other day.

And I happened to be super close to his son Django.

He was actually in my wedding as a bridesman and has been a dear friend since I was 13 years old.

Kind of crazy when I think back of all the memories that I have with Django and at his house

and with his parents.

But the Jerry Jeff Walker quote is,

you have to figure out ways to do things on your own.

I do my own thing,

and I don't pay much attention to what anyone else is doing.

And he was definitely a lot like that.

And I loved his music.
