Oh my gosh, so I've been thinking about

if I'm going to share what's been going on and how to share what's been going on,

I am so completely in awe of the amount of support and love that you have all sent my way.

The notes, the emails, the letters, the flowers, the Instagram messages, the voice text.

I don't think I've ever received such an outpouring of love in my life.

And it's just so unbelievably kind.

My students in my coaching program,

they have gone above and beyond sending me staff, flowers and cookies,

and just so much love.
