Happy Monday morning to everybody as we get back into the week and this morning we are expecting

Shannon Gardner to reappear inside a Jacksonville courthouse, Jacksonville, Florida courthouse.

We may or may not be joined by Shannon Schott, who is a Jacksonville attorney, just trying to get a hold of her on this Monday morning.

Shannon Schott works with Belkis Plata. They are criminal defense attorneys. Out of Jacksonville,

Shannon Shot was raised in Jacksonville, Florida and went to the University of Florida where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts and

Political Science with a certification in public affairs and went on to Stetson University College

of Law and she has been on us discussing this case before so

we are hoping to have her. This hearing is set to kick off at 9 a.m. Eastern Time Sharp so we'll

see if that in fact happens and First Coast news out of Jacksonville.

So we are waiting behind the scenes here,

keeping an eye on it.

Again, she's supposed to show up and likely with her

co-defendant right now, Mario Fernandez-Saldana. And I love early morning shows because we get people like

Elena Bonilla Vad who is coming to us from Spain and Asta here who is coming to us from Iceland so truly a global audience and then

Susan Harmon in Jacksonville she's been helping us out behind the scenes watching from her living room, even more exotic. So happy to have her as well. There is some news with this case.
