Okay, today we've got two different things on tap for you. First, I'm going to be talking with

Jeff Thompson, who is the co-founder and product design engineer at Shaggy's Copper Country Skies.

And I'm going to go through with Jeff, sort of an overview of Shaggy's, how they're doing things there in Northern Michigan, where they build all of their skis.

So we first go through kind of some of the

general characteristics of the designs and builds that they're doing. They're at Shaggy's.

And then we have Jeff walk us through the 2021 Shaggy's lineup. There's some really good stuff in there, and Jeff does a very good job of talking about

the philosophy behind their approach at Shaggy's, and then as well getting into some of the

design elements, including their use of magnesium, which is kind of new to me, but they're using magnesium rather than teetanol

in some of their skis. So you are going to want to learn more about that. And then when Jeff and I

wrap up talking for this week's what we're celebrating segment, well, it's been dumping here

in Crested Butte, like full winter for the last

48 hours. And so for this week's segment, our reviewers, Luke Hoppa and Drew Kelly, just went and

Skied Pow this morning. And I'm recording this on Wednesday, September 8th. So I figured for

this week's segment, I should just talk to Luke about
