All right, so they just found out that the boss moving on here has a fake Instagram account

to spy on everyone in the office.

Now legally, I don't even know if they're allowed to do that, but it is it shady or not.

So as far as we know, our boss was pretty low key and didn't have any social media presence

at all.

No, TikTok, Insta, Facebook, Twitter, slash X, etc.

Or so we thought.

Recently, a former coworker told me in a few of my work besties that our boss actually

has a fake social media account on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.

According to her, he uses these fake profiles to friend and follow his employees essentially

spying on us.

Well, I've kept my social profiles private, but I'm not super selective about requests.

So I'm sure there are quite a few friends and followers that are strangers to me.

After some digging, my coworker and I are almost certain we've identified our boss's

fake profile.

This person is also on my coworker's friend list, and neither of us has any idea who

he really is.

We've been toying with the idea of confronting him or finding a way to mess with his fake

profiles, but before we do, we're wondering if this behavior is somewhat typical for bosses

to engage in.

It seems pretty shady to us, but some other coworkers don't seem to think it's a big deal.
