Summary

Some places just can’t catch a break—like a cute little town cranking out more monsters than a bad horror franchise or a house that comes with an unexpected basement door leading straight to sleepless nights. When Brad and Jenny find their picture-perfect rental, it seems too good to be true: cheap rent, convenient job location, and even a yard for the dog (as long as Fido stays far, far away from that highway of doom). But once the paint starts peeling and the walls begin whispering, it’s clear this home didn’t come with a standard-issue welcome mat.
