I think a big thing that's helped me lately is just share your work, even if it's ugly, even if it's bad.

And also like almost leaning into that aesthetic because I think I kind of like things that feel raw and unfinished and unfiltered.

Let me let it out,

when the lady down. Let it out. Let it out. I'm Katie. This is my podcast. This week, I have a conversation with my close friend. Her name is Carolina and she is incredible. She's someone who I met in New York and unfortunately we live on opposite coast. So we recorded this over zoom a couple weeks ago but

she's someone I talked to really frequently almost every day and we spoke about that and our

relationship a little bit within this but she is an incredible filmmaker and producer she's an artist

who knows how to be on what she calls both sides of the call sheet,

right? So she's a producer and she knows how to organize and track budgets and do all of the things that artists typically hate doing, right?

She has a background in all of that as a producer for really major brands that you've heard of and probably

know all about and use.

But it's really cool about this conversation is that she's in a career transition and pivot.

And this time capsule, which is what these conversations always end up being, covers that.

It feels like I have a co-host in this because I speak a lot.

You'll get to know Carrow's background from studying acting in a conservatory at NYU to going

to grad school and working in galleries and becoming a producer and pivoting and transitioning where

she is now. So and it's a light, fun, friendly conversation.
