kind of like really getting

into the nitty gritty of what's been going on in our own personal lives. Yeah. So we,

I'm going to talk about some interesting experiences that I've had and yeah, Florence wants to

talk about something big and deep. get prepared yeah I mean I feel like

I should probably like premise this because I think the subject that I'm talking about can be

highly triggering and upsetting for people especially if it's something that you've just been through

as well or if it's something you're

struggling with. I guess just as a trigger warning, I'm talking about having a miscarriage. So if

that is something that is too hard for you to listen to, just skip through the bits where I'm

I mean, the stuff that we always talk about is hard, but I do think that it is important to talk about

not many people talk openly about miscarriage.
