Russian missiles have hit the city of Vinnytsia, in central Ukraine, killing at least 23 people. From the scene of the attack, the BBC’s Zhanna Bezpiatchuk gives us the latest on the situation. And we talk to Wayne Jordash, who has been investigating war crimes in Ukraine. He explains how his team collects evidence.

Hello, it's 142 days since Russia began its invasion of Ukraine.

Yesterday, Russian missiles hit a shopping centre, a dance studio, and a wedding hall in

a city called Vinitsia, which is in southwest Ukraine, broadly speaking in between the capital

and Laviv in the West.

And 23 people were killed, including three children.

You know, you kids get to that age of about three or four and it's so annoying they want

to push their own push chair, but you let them, because it's fun and they like the responsibility.

And you can see on social media that's what she's doing.

And she's on her way with her mum to an education centre for a speech therapy session.

And around an hour or so later, Lisa and her mum leave the education centre.

And then there is a picture of Lisa in the education centre looking at some books.

And perhaps an hour or so later towards 11 a.m. in the morning, Lisa and her mum leave.

And that's when Russian missiles hit the city, around the central square and Lisa was killed.

Her mum was badly injured, she's alive, she's in hospital.
