It is so powerful the way the gospel transformed her heart and her life. I mean, it is some of the

things that just stood out to me from the conversation you're about to hear. She read the Bible seven

times through with kind of an English professor mindset, trying to find flaws in the word, trying to

really discount the Bible. She thought Christians were stupid and dumb, and she shares kind of her

thoughts before she became a Christian. She was in a committed lesbian relationship, lobbying for

LGBTQ plus groups. That was her community. She had actually, she wrote, helped write the Syracuse

University's policy for same sex couples, and it's just amazing the journey that God took her on.

Through one of the huge things was a pastor who came alongside her and loved her with his wife

and ministered to her and just showed her the most incredible hospitality, which is actually what

one of her books is all about. You'll hear about that. But this is an amazing conversation. She
