Summary

It's hard to believe, but today we're going to start talking about the holidays. By the time we publish this episode, most of us will have started thinking about the upcoming holiday season.

What does that have to do with sex? Just this—the six or seven weeks from mid-November until New Year's Day are some of the busiest and most stressful of the year for women. And we know from previous episodes (and you likely know from your own experience) that stress can mess with your libido and your sex life.

So, we want to talk a little bit about stress and sex, but then mostly about ways to reduce holiday stress and enjoy fun sex and intimacy with your husband during the busy holiday season.
