a sex and relationship coach. And today I'm talking about sex, pregnancy, birth and beyond. And in this

episode, I've invited my beautiful friend, Tabitha, to join me.

Tabitha is an acupuncturist.

She runs a successful acupuncture business on the Gold Coast.

She's married and she's a mom of three boys.

She also has a podcast with her husband called Turn on the

podcast and they talk about all things about how you can basically turn on to your entire life.

And Tab also runs talks in the community for women. So it is an absolute honor to have you here with me today, Tabitha.

really big topics and I have had a lot of requests to cover this in my podcast. I myself am a mother, so I have experienced

pregnancy, birth and beyond. My daughter is now 12 years old, so she's a lot older than the

little ones, but she's still my baby and I still remember what it was like to go through

pregnancy, birth and postpartum.
