For this week's clinical file, we have Lonnie, and Lonnie is a 15-year-old male who presents with a sudden onset of severe

headache, neck stiffness, photophobia, and a fever. Upon examination, he a Kurnigs and Broozensky sign. Which of the following

is the most likely diagnosis? So we have A, meningitis, B, migraine headache, C, cluster headache,

and D is tension headache. All right, let's go up to the top of this question.

So we got Lonnie is a 15-year-old male who presents with a sudden onset of severe headache,

neck stiffness, photophobia, and a fever. I want to stop there. It's so important because on the

NPTE, they love to stack you with a bunch of

examination findings. I love to slow down here and dissect these piece by piece. So it does say

severe headache. So I'm thinking about that. It does say neck stiffness, though, which is really

interesting to come along with a severe headache.

I know I've had migraines before.

I've had tension headaches, occipital headaches, all these different types.
