I've got a question for you today. How many of these seven walking trends have you tried?

0:09.0

Hi, I'm Dave. Welcome to Walking as Fitness, a daily 10-minute podcast designed to provide you

0:14.0

with a little added motivation to get out the door, take the walk, and I believe even more importantly,

0:20.0

keep going to build a life-changing walking

0:23.1

habit. Today's 10-minute walk starts right after this. So yesterday I shared the comment from a viewer

2:05.6

five times fast three minutes slow three minutes and you do that cycle five times it's a total

2:12.2

30 minute workout the experts recommend you do it three to four times a week. So this would not be your

2:20.6

regular daily walk. It might replace your regular daily walk several times a week. I have done this

2:29.3

once. Once? Once? Actually, and the first time I did it, I recorded it in real time for the walking
