And it's one of the things that you and I love to talk about.

about why family is so challenging for people.

Well, let's start with, I mean, these are the original people who populated your world, right? So it's all you knew as a kid.

So family dynamics, especially in dysfunctional families, you know, this creates a deep neuropathway, a deep indentation, a deep, if it's traumatic, if it's unfair, if you had a narcissistic

if you had abusive siblings, Like there's a million scenarios.

Even if you just had one kid who was favored,

even if you just had parents who you could never please,

all of these experiences,
