or traditions around the new year? Well, we do. Our anniversary is on January 2nd, and so it has always

been a time for us to stop and be thankful and to look to the new year ahead. We talk about the past year. We look about

things that stand out. We talk about what each one of us would like the new year to look like.

And I think that that's kind of cool because sometimes Nancy will bring up something I think,

I had no idea you thought about that. And so then it kind of gets a chance to say, okay,

then to set kind of our goals and what do we want this next year to look like, you know, and then we can evaluate

it a year later. Or as we go along, how are we doing on this, depending on what it is that we're

looking at? So, yeah, I think just sitting down, taking time, thinking about the past year, and looking forward the new year.
