So today we will start our celebration of mental health awareness month.

So every year in May, we celebrate mental health awareness month.

And I want to give a huge shout out to one of our TBG listeners, Brandy.

And so that's what we're going to do for the month of May.

We're going to talk about a variety of different relationships.

So today we are going to start with friendships.
