Hey everybody this is a personal update and a serious inquiries only podcast update first off I want to once again thank you so much for supporting this podcast it means so much to me I cannot tell you how critical it is for me right now in this time and my family it's it's I just can't tell it's it's so great I love you all thank you so much and as I said last time looking forward to getting this podcast back I was always gonna get this podcast back going it was on a little hiatus while we figure

out what it's gonna look like but I always intended to get back to it the show dates back a decade I think so definitely was always intending to get back to it now I've got more reasons than ever to get back to it and a ton of energy and I'm super excited so I had a few people contact me proactively who said they were scientists of various disciplines and said they might want to take a crack at recording and I was super grateful for that and I took them up on it I've recorded with a few folks and

let me tell you I just love it I just realized after I did a few recordings I was like man this is this is what I do this is what I love to do I love to just learn you know I love to like have an expert learn from them ask them questions and really get at the truth with them about something and and along with all you it's it's so fun it was you know obviously I wasn't doing any podcasting for a while and then it was it was really cool to get back on the saddle I do want to say I am very

excited to get back to taking that same stance but for politics and the law as soon as I possibly can I intend to do that so make sure to stay tuned because you'll

hear about it here first in the meantime series inquiries only is a science show we all we also cover politics but usually like the

intersection of politics and science and studies and stuff along those lines I have recorded with one stormy

decisive who happens to be a PhD in psychology you might know that name from being the best

questioner on the other show probably in the guy I shouldn't you know that's going to be in flammatory I shouldn't say among

the best the very best questioners and we recorded an episode on a science thingy that had major policy and political

considerations and it was a study of how children raised in households with queer parents fair and it's that kind

of stuff that I love doing because it arms you with the knowledge to fight back against right wing talking

points and it's a great episode can't wait to get it to you here's another thing that I did I recorded

with an astrophysicist again someone reached out and very grateful for that to do a fun one on the physics

of Star Wars and stuff that might make sense stuff that might not make sense and we also did a star

track episode that one was so fun that was you know I won't spoil but again it's kind of the takes on the

science of Star Trek and then we really got into a relativity special relativity general relatively is so

much I really just my favorite thing I just beaming after recording these episodes I just love learning

about cool things and useful information when it comes to a lot of the social causes that I care

about political causes so I've got those on the docket but I want to say this my plan has been rather

than trying to find one person who can magically do it all because it's really too much look my role yes I

do a lot on the back and I do a lot of production a lot of editing and it can be hard for me to keep up

with it but I think it's even harder for the person on the other end who's the expert who has to
