I was going to talk about SIO and Lindsay and what's going on there and I will will do that later. I want to first do the stuff that I imagine probably most people care about which

is to say that last I heard from my attorney on negotiations over my podcast that I'm a equal 50-50 member of opening arguments that the feed was frozen and no one was to act as the agent of opening arguments neither Andrew nor I the two co owners of the company and that was that was where we left that so that's all I can say about that for now cannot wait until more can be said and I promise you that it's

the soonest opportunity I cannot wait to say a lot of things well shoot I wonder if people are listening who just don't know anything that's going on I always think about that. I wonder if there's so much people are like what is this episode this is not a science thingy what the hell not going to summarize too much but I will say I will link the article in which there are accusations of misconduct against Andrew Torres and there are many more that have been

collected and posted since many more including mine which I posted on my own website I'm not going to play that audio here I just will warn you if that's something you haven't heard and you go hear it I don't know if I want everyone here again but it's content note I guess trigger warning it's really really intense 12 minutes but that's where my accusations are and so if you don't have any idea what's going on I guess that's a place to start there's also a Google drive

go support another show I wanted to support which is dear old dads because it's a great show might be my favorite show in all of existence I know it sounds bad to say because I'm on it but I just got I love it I love doing it and so anything on dear old dads is going to remain being cut three ways I insist as much as the dads over there wanted to help me out I insist it will still be cut three times and which is great so pledge that show if you like that show it's fantastic I highly encourage you to if you were just looking to support me that is a way because you know I get a third

of that but if you were just like concerned about me this is the feed that directly supports me so just want to give that information out there I'll probably put it out on dear old dads as well as we figure out what this month is going to look like over there so that's basically it for the opening argument stuff if that's all you care about feel free to check out but I do very much need to update you find folks on serious inquiries only so it is with man an incredibly broken heart which you know is a theme lately it's been it's been a really

sad heartbreaking probably two three months for me personally that I haven't even been able to talk about really it's been really hard and one of the believe or not one of the if not the foremost heartbreak and that's saying a lot is that Lindsey decided to leave the show as far as I know permanently cut all ties and it's it's it sucks I it's enough I I have nothing but sadness over this it's nothing I ever wanted to

it's hard because I want to I want to talk about it as much as I can but also being sensitive to well Lindsey frankly because I think you know she has a right if she wanted to to to say her side and so I don't want to say too much that she can't respond to I'm just going to try to say some things that I hope her statement she wouldn't argue with because I'm just trying to present what happened without going into detail but you know I doubt Lindsey will listen but if she does she has every right to come back

on if she wants to and and say anything she wants and I will unquestionably posted assuming my lawyers are pretty but I don't know why they wouldn't so yeah Lindsey deserves to have her say here I'm considered this hour show up until she left a few months ago

and yeah I mean it's not anymore unfortunately but I wish it were I'm not sure what happened in a really high stress time in the midst of doing for opening arguments a week and preparing for baby Remy and all this stuff very tough time

Lindsey and I you know had a had a bit of a disagreement that was initiated by her but the way she did it certainly left me with some some questions and some things I was upset about as well and so it was really hard I think a lot of hurt feelings but we had a

talk about it and from that talk it was left in a I thought a good place it was it was rough it was emotional was all that but I definitely pledged to work on the things she said that I should work on and she did the same and I was optimistic that we could move on better than ever and glad to know there'd been things that maybe bothered her that I could fix was the first I heard about it that's where it was left and then Lindsey said she needed a break like a long break she sent
