tell him we are at the Motto services in where is it check orst orst or some of that

isn't it it's the seven view isn't it yeah it's an old service is we've talked about

loads of times before but we're back yeah has potential to be a great services

yeah well it's it's the parking's good the parking's flat it's a lovely plot

hmm it's decent plot and you could buy it redevelop it and get a nice restaurant I

mean there is there is a services the original one looks out over the River 7

I wouldn't that be nice yeah or for your Cortardo I think I think I remember years

ago when we were traveling back and forth I should go in there and having some

food sat in the window looking at the dirty River 7 yeah the River heaven it

what I would say is in terms of developing this service station I mean first

seat no one ever has clearly secondly you'd wonder because it's on the M48 on

the way to the old seven bridge do you think how much how much traffic would it

get but I tell you what this is the busiest I've seen it fella it is rammer jammed

you know the River 7 yeah because there's a river would it be freshwater or salt

water presumably oh good point so it goes to the sea which is salt water yeah

yeah I need to watch more attenborough salt yeah imagine what's real wide

in it so I think salt it's not a lake which presumably fresh we'll have a

little venture down do you know what I went on holiday a few years ago and I

stayed in this place that had a salt water pool yeah that was nice I like that

preferred that they've got one of them in Lanza Rotti in a place called

Club Blacenta oh you've been there no it's like a sports complex there's
