and the lost. Before we dig into this week's story, I want to give you a preview of things to come.

If you are a regular listener of the show, or if you follow me on social media, you know of the

Oakland County Child Killer, a series of murders that happened near my childhood home in Oakland

County, Michigan in 1976 and 1977.

This case is one that I followed since grade school.

I keep waiting and hoping for a break, something that will provide answers to the families who have

waited 40 years to learn who took their children, held them for days, and dumped their lifeless

bodies on the side of the road.

In the weeks ahead, I will be looking at other child murders from Oakland County and the surrounding areas.
