Hello my friends, it's Sally Clarkson. Welcome to Add Home with Sally today. I bet a lot

of you have been having a crazy, crazy week. I don't know about you, but all of a sudden

year we find ourselves in the midst of a tighter lockdown in England in the UK actually

than we've ever been under. And it's been too long, don't you think so? And then we had

the terrible crisis of like Congress being attacked and damaged by people and I hope you liked

my podcast and blog posts yesterday on honor because we've got to keep our humane sense

of cells about us. But anyway, I think that maybe many of us have those moments where we

are just going to fall apart and somewhere or the other. But yesterday I was feeling so

restless and joy came over and she threw her arms around me and she shook me up because

I think it was either play to her socrates, she put it in her Patreon today so that when

you shake up someone it releases their motions out their head. So she shook me up and we

giggled and then we danced wildly for about 15 or 20 minutes to some of her playlists

much to the sugar and of Joel who was trying to read a book in front of us. And so I'm

so excited to have today on my show Joel Clarkson, my son who is if he can ever get back

in to Scotland, can't at the moment, who is studying there doing his PhD, who's a composer

and a dramatic reader for for many stories. And Joel is right here next to me and usually
