I'm your host, Elizabeth. It's just wonderful to have you here with me this evening.

Tonight we are continuing with sense and sensibility.

First, though, let's take a minute or two to be still and present. Put aside any noisy devices buying for your attention, buzzing, pinging, and set yourself to do not disturb. They will all still be there later or tomorrow,

but just now you need to rest.

Let go of any anxiety or tension in your body and just sit or lie very still.

If any thoughts or immersions are still moving through your body,

remind yourself that you don't need to do. If you have an urgent sense that you must do something, know that there will be

time for that later or tomorrow.

And if at any point you feel like you're doing or thinking something on purpose,

acknowledge it, return to your stillness and breathe, calmly and peacefully as I recap on our last episode.
