Continue this steady breath and pay attention to how your body feels.

Without lingering too long,

just acknowledge. lingering too long. Just acknowledge each body part. From your toes to the top of your head, appreciate it, and release any tension you find anywhere

before moving on.

With one more deep breath in,

audibly sigh out your exhale and settle down while I recap our last episode.
