Let go of any tension or anxiety in your body

and just sit or lay quietly. If any thoughts or emotions are still moving through your body,

remind yourself that you don't need to do anything about them right now.

Just now, you need to rest.

If you have an urgent sense that you must do something, know that there is time for that later or tomorrow but just now you need to rest.

If at any point you feel like you're doing or thinking something on purpose,

just acknowledge it and return to your stillness.
