But before we do, let's take a moment to prepare for a restful sleep. Wherever you are, notice how nice it is to close your eyes after a long day.

Begin to breathe calmly and evenly

through your nose for four and out through your mouth for four. With each breath you are calming your body and your mind. you are melting away the stresses of the day and slowing down ready for sleep.

Without opening your eyes,

focus on where you are right now.

Release any thoughts that might be creeping up about today or tomorrow and always come back to your breath.

The Mr. John Dashwoods was so taken with Mrs. Jennings and her family that they soon invited them over to their Harley Street

House for an extravagant dinner party.

As the two Miss Steele's were connected with Mrs Jennings, they were also invited.

It seemed that the anticipation of awkwardness at being in the same room as Lucy and Eleanor drove Edward to make his excuses to not be present.

Lucy was anxious about meeting Edward's mother, Mrs. Ferrows, whom she referred to as her future mother-in-law.

Eleanor declined to tell her that Mrs Ferraz and Mrs John Dashwood

was settled on Edward marrying Miss Morton. During the evening Eleanor put up with many slights towards her from Edward's family and Marianne was quick to defend her sister even though she was

unaware of the full story.
