Right, let's go back to Monday, very big policy announcement this week, long delayed, much anticipated on England's system of provision for kids with special educational needs and disabilities or send. We've had over a year of briefings and whispers and at least one and possibly two postponement of the big announcement.

The government finally set out its plans for sweeping reform of England's send system on Monday in Peterborough.

And in Westminster and beyond, those plans are still being picked through, commented on and criticised.
